Some notes:
Basic

This server is ideal for those with a few large websites that aren't that memory intensive. Now a days servers are so powerful you are usually going to run out of memory before you run out of cpu.

Standard

Having twice the memory and cpu as the basic it's the perfect step up for those who are running intensive sites. If it's bandwidth you are after this server is going to be your best bank for the buck.

Elite

Not to much of difference from the standard other then you have four gigs of memory and SCSI drives.
Sata drives have improved so much there really isn't much of a difference between SATA and SCSI anymore. If you are going to buy this server over the standard it should only be for the additional memory, and nothing to do with the SCSI drives.

Pro

Don't let the 3060 name confuse you. The 3060 cpu is twice as fast compared to the 3040 conroe chip.

This server might be the most expensive, but it's by far our least profitable, and the best deal in terms reliability, performance, and redundancy.

We are selling you the same setup that we use on our very own shared and reseller servers. If you are looking to host many sites, the best possible uptime, or a pure work horse this is the server you want!

Benefits....

*up to 8 gigs of ddr2 memory.
*4x500gb sata II running a raid10 setup
*3060 conroe chip which we find to be over 50% faster compared to a dual 3.6Ghz xeon.
We use to run all of our shared and reseller boxes on what we are now offering as the elite.
What we consistently found was that we were maxing out the drives way before we ever used up the cpu and memory. Many of our servers had high loads, and some were even overloaded simply because the drives couldn't keep up with the IO that comes with a shared hosting environment.

The raid10 is going to double the speeds of your read and write IO, and you will have the redundancy of instant fail over if a drive fails!

We include a raid battery in this chassis which costs us about $200. When your shopping for a raid box don't be fooled and make sure you have the raid battery! Without the battery most reboots are going to require the array to be rebuilt, and you are going to run the risk of data corruption. If you don't have the battery you might be better off not using raid at all!
We have found Sata II to be about 30% faster compared to Sata I's.

In conclusion if you are running anything that is IO intensive such as shared hosting you can have all the cpu and memory in the world, but it's not going to mean a thing if your drives can't keep up. We solved all of our IO problems by switching to raid10 with Sata II drives.
